I decided to create this poster as a fun project for the upcoming Matariki event.

The process began with first researching the event and understanding what it represents.

Followed by idea generation and a few concept sketches of different designs.

I had got a few reference posters from previous years so I could get an idea of the correct color palette.

And then the final product. after added colors and extra details such as stars and patterns.
